Sports and events
The World Archery Excellence Centre is a state-of-the-art sports centre and event venue in the Olympic Capital of Lausanne. The facility hosts elite and recreational archers, corporate and community activities, and is available for private hire.
The Centre
Opened in 2016 in Châlet à Gobet in the north of Lausanne, the World Archery Excellence Centre was designed as a hub for the worldwide development of the sport of archery.
It has since welcomed 1000s of visitors, from Olympic Champions to first-time archers, for events, courses, meetings and corporate team-building activities.
The facility has a 70-metre indoor archery hall, 90-metre outdoor range, several meeting rooms, a fully-equipped restaurant, gym and lounge space.
